I had not been feeling very well so I went in to see the doctor and he told me that he thought that I was hormone deficient and that he wanted to run some more tests to see exactly what the problem was. He subjected me to the usual poking and prodding that they do at the doctors office took some fluid and blood samples and sent me home. I got a call back yesterday from the doctors office telling me that I am sick but that I was an ideal candidate for female hormone replacement therapy. I am a little bit nervous about going through with the therapy but I am happy to know what the problem is and that there is a very good chance that I will be feeling like my old self again soon. I am going in tomorrow to talk with the doctor and start my first round of treatments.

Following an HCG diet requires discipline when it comes to food intake, mainly because dieters will be consuming 500 to 800 calories per day on the course of the weight loss program. Given the very low calorie count, it can be difficult to perform stressful exercises and workouts as the body is deprived of energy from fat and carbohydrates.
In the maintenance phase of the HCG diet, followers are now allowed to perform light aerobic exercises as they are already consuming small amounts of starch. However, strength training exercises are strictly prohibited as they require more energy, not to mention build up muscle which HCG is not able to break down.
Once the whole HCG diet plan has been completed, followers may then return to their normal exercise routines. By this point the body system has already adjusted to the limited fat and carbohydrate intake, and therefore utilizes the nutrients present for such activities.
It is likewise important to drink plenty of water even after the HCG diet program, as water replenishes the energy used during workouts and prevents the onset of muscle fatigue and tearing.

It is important to get the proper treatment for yeast infections. This does not refer to the chemical remedies found at the store or those that are heavily advertised. These might treat the symptoms or even get rid of the infection for the time being but unless the cause is taken care of, the condition will come back.
Using a natural treatment for yeast infections work best because they get right to the root of the matter. They balance out the effects of the new yeast or the imbalance in the system. Introducing more good bacteria into the body will decrease the level of bad bacteria. This helps to cure the infection on a long term basis. You can do this by using probiotics, eating yogurt, drinking apple cider vinegar and taking folic acid. You are recommended to find out for sure that it is a yeast infection before starting a treatment even though there are no known side effects to such a treatment unless there are allergies.

If you are asking, is Shakeology good enough? I have one answer to that query and that would be a big yes. It has been the main reason why I have lost more than ten pounds for the past two months. I don’t know if you would believe in this.
All I can say is it is worth a try!
The person who has introduced this to me was my friend. She has been the living proof that this one is effective. I have seen how she managed to lose weight in a short period of time. I wouldn’t invest in this if I didn’t know anyone using it in the first place. That’s how perfectionist I am.
When it comes to my health, I am very careful because I don’t want to end up in the hospital bed. I was real sickly when I was in my childhood years. But everything is different nowadays.
